An accredited interior designer will provide a free consultation in our showroom and then provide a general idea on what the design and renovation will cost.  The design phase begins with an initial sketch of the project, along with a complete selection of product samples.  Once the homeowner agrees with the design plan direction, Harris Home produces a 3D rendering of the renovation space, along with physical samples of material selections.  At this point, the homeowner also receives the total renovation cost.

The Harris Home designer assembles all the selections to view in one sitting, eliminating a multi-stop sample search.  If the homeowner wants to compare pricing, they’ll have construction plans with all specified products, so they can get accurate materials and labor comparison, rather than guessing at allowances.  Even if the homeowner selects another builder, they still have the plan to ensure accurate execution.  When they choose Harris, they’ll be assigned a dedicated Customer Specialist, who coordinates schedules and conducts site visits to oversee the timeliness and quality of all renovation work.  Unless changes are made along the way, the homeowner will have a sketch, a 3D rendering, and a finished product that all match…and the final bill will be exactly what was quoted in the initial negotiations.  Treat your home to an innovative, total transformation experience.
